I lost tooltip

I lost tooltip all my in widgets, when you change language-locale to es_ES (Spanish), I compiled my preoyecto and I have nothing,
Anyone have any ideas???

I am not sure what you mean by

I changed ViewerStrings.properties by ESRIMessages.properties

but that is likely where you have introduced the issue.

I thought I had succeeded by adding ESRIMessages.properties

I did that same, would have something to do that I have customized the SignInWindow.mxml and I changed ViewerStrings.properties by ESRIMessages.properties?

When I change my compiler arguments to :

-locale=es_ES -source-path=locale/{locale} -keep-all-type-selectors=true

it works just fine.
