Keep track of posted version and a shapshot of delta's

It would be nice to be able to track when versions are posted.
If we could get the lineage of each version and a snapshot of the delta's when they were posted.
It would make it easier to investigate what happend to the data.

@Gracie I don't think this idea's label should have been changed to "Documentation & Help". It's not a request for documentation. It's a request for functionality within ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise.

@SSWoodward, would the Geodatabase label be appropriate? Or move it to the Enterprise Ideas community?
