Login to Survey123 with Portal user using username and password from qt

Hello,

I am developing a Survey123 form app using ArcGIS AppStudio. As the form is not public it is needed to login with username and password from QT. User will not login by provide any credentials.

Is there any way?

I don't think you need the credentials from Qt, the credentials you need are to login to ArcGIS Online or Enterprise depending on where you create the Survey123 Form.
