Data Driven Pages Service

Make Data Driven Pages publishable as a ArcGIS Server service. 

It could be a sub service to map service (kindof like feature services).

Advantages- DDP services could be used easily by non-programers in applications like arcgis.com or Flex Viewer. 
Formated and customized maps would be available to much wider audiance.
There are no good (non-programmer accessible) printing widgets or applications in the whole world of web gis. DDP service would bypass the need for tricky printing applications.
