Adust transparency for layers in ESRI app for iOS and Android

Would love to have the ability to adjust the transparency of layers in the ESRI app for iOS and Android.  Currently, you can only adust the transparency of the layer when you add it into the web map, but the user has no control to adust the transparency of the layer once they view it in the ESRI app.  Would really make polygon or raster layers more usable in the app.
