Add Token Management to ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory

Currently ArcGIS server provides admin access to different information, e.g., on the security tab, we have access to manage users, roles, tokens (configuation), etc.

It would be useful to add management for existing tokens, e.g., when a token was generated, when is the expiration date, the account that was used to generate the token, etc. On the interface, some shortcuts can be provided as a button, e.g., disable an existing token, renew an existing token, generate a new token, etc.
