ArcGIS Server High Quality Printing

Instead of having to use arcpy scripting to create high quality maps, make the high quality printing an out of the box configuration.  The current printing in ArcGIS Server is to grainy and very low resolution, it would be nice to not have to go through the steps in the help documentation to create high quality maps.  The process to produce high quality maps is currently fairly complex.
