Add selected ArcGIS Map Service layers to ArcMap

When you add an ArcGIS Map Service to ArcMap, that contains many layers, all the layers are added to the map document.  You cannot choose which layers you want added, and cannot choose just a single layer from the service you are interested in.

I would like the ability to choose which layers in the ArcGIS Map Service I want to add to the map document.
