Add ability to automated collection Date/Time from the device clock for each new records.

This can be done using Editor Tracking​ on the feature class. In addition to recording when the feature was collected, you can see which editor collected it, and when additional edits were made.

Does this functionality cover the request in this idea? If not, could you expand upon it?
