Modelbuilder tool: Shutdown / Startup ArcGIS Server from a different comptuer

Please consider adding a model builder tool that can shutdown and start up ArcGIS Server.

This would be useful to add to a script so we can shut down the server, update the gis data, then start the gis server back up.  In addition it would be useful if the tool could shut down services on a remote computer so I do not have to log into the server to shutdown or startup services.
