Portal support for joined tables

Portal for ArcGIS does not currently support publishing a layer (feature service) with a table join.  This prevents symbolizing the layer using attributes from the joined table.  The workaround at this time is to add the table fields to the feature class, which is not ideal.  Publishing as a feature service is necessary for using Collector offline.
