returnExtentOnly

I see that in the 10.3.1 REST API, returnExtentOnly is only available when querying feature service layers.  I'd like to see that option available for map service layers as well.

Querying against a Layer from Map Service with the returnExtentOnly option is working for me on ArcGIS Server 10.3.1.  It doesn't show it in the Query HTML page, but it works.
