Unique value symbolization

Would it be possible to add and symbolize individual unique values in ArcGIS Online? In much the same way you can "Add Values..." instead of "Add All Values..." when symbolizing in ArcMap. It would be useful to have the flexibility of selectively adding/showing unique values without having to show and symbolize the entire feature class.
