Find nearest feature from AGOL content

Hi

I think that it would be useful to place a loation on the map and search for features in added AGOL content around that lcoation. This is a 'find my nearest' function. 

For instance if I make a web map of hospitals I want to publish it with the ability for a user to enter their address, or place a point on the map, and then 'search nearby' for my nearest hospital.
