In countries with low quality internet connections, or to make ArcGIS online work faster, it will be extremely useful to be able to work offline with the data once it is loaded.

Bonjour, je suis tout à fait d'accord. Nos utilisateurs qui vont en réunion dans des localités où le débit internet est faible n'osent pas utiliser leurs applications sous arcgis online. Travailler hors connexion est une garantie que la présentation fonctionnera.

Many applications powered by ArcGIS Online now have the ability to work offline. Field Maps, Survey123, and StoryMaps Briefings are but a few.
