I think a "Dark Theme" button...especially for all apps to the field workers would be optimal in a sunny day.
It's coming in Field Maps. You'll see it on iOS in December and then Android in 2021. Here is a preview of Dark Mode with data collection. It really does make the form pop.
Better battery life too, probably.
