Web AppBuilder - Add a Refresh Widget

Please could we get a "refresh map" widget in Web AppBuilder. Right now there is no way to refresh the map unless you zoom in/out or pan. The widget should also refresh feature services as right now a zoom in/out or pan does not always refresh the feature services on the map.

I know its "old school" but in some cases its still required (eg for an editing workflow where values are assigned at the DBMS level)
