Localisation of language in Portal

Portal generally takes the language from the browser however there is text hard coded into Portal that has the American spelling and this can't be changed. it would be so much better if you could set your local language (eg. UK english, Australian English, US English) for all of the spelling within Portal.

That way all of you users will have a more tailored and suitable experience.
