Display Nested Relates in Web App Builder

Please enhance the related tables viewing mechanisms in the Web App Builder (pop-up and attribute tables) to allow viewing of nested relates. 

Currently Web App Builder allows viewing related records to a single level.  Collector allows editing related records down to multiple levels (I think it is 3 but may be only 2).  Server also supports this...we are just missing the final piece to the puzzle...an easy viewing mechanism.

An example would be for traffic sign inventory where you would collect points for pole locations, have a related table for the signs (1:M) and another related table for inspections on each sign (1:M).
