Enhance the Map Tour Web Application Structure

I like the layout of the ArcGIS Online Map Tour web application, but would prefer the caption text be placed under the photo and map (i.e., a rectangular area the width of the screen) and above the thumbnails. This allows the user to clearly see both the entire image and text at the same time (versus the swipe down/up text panel) - and also much less likely to cut off the narrative (providing a larger space for more text).

Hi - we are working on some new layouts to refresh Map Tour with a more modern look and enhance its appearance and usability. We expect to release this update in mid-2016.
