Wow, thank you for posting this. I have been hearing about the flood but without television at home, I haven't had a chance to get a real sense of the impact. These maps and diagrams are very illustrative and a harsh realization about why the ArcGIS platform is so incredibly useful as a visualization tool during this serious time. Thanks again!
