Survey123 for windows

Question

I have a Getac F110 tablet and it has windows, having an issue in downloading survery123 app.  Can I get a little help here?

Hi Todd,

Survey123 Connect and the field app are not supported on Windows 8, the minimum Windows version is 8.1, however Windows 10 or above is recommended. See system requirements here: System requirements—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

8, but will update to 10, and it should be 64.

What version of Windows is running on device? and is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
