Unable to publish the survey.

ENOENT: no such file or directory, lstat '/home/ec2-user/hub/dist/default/thumbnail.jpg'

Getting this error when trying to publish from website.

I found the fix.

Needed to set a thumbnail for the survey outside the design configuration. Once set I was able to publish.
