Can someone please tell me if I can hyperlink from an attribute in a table or card used in an Insights Workbook

E.g. https://community.esri.com this hyperlink is blue and when clicked it takes me via my browser to the web page

You can add hyperlinks in Insights although currently, the only place you can add one is using the text and media widget.  These can be placed anywhere on a page though.
