When trying to set the share setting for a uploaded survey to a group in my organization. I make the selections I want and click OK. The spinning icon comes up on the OK button but nothing happens for over an hour, icon keeps spinning.
This issue has been resolved!

Is this using Survey123 for ArcGIS ? If so, you may want to move it to that space ...see Moving Content
