Adding Oracle Spatial View as Layer in ArcMap?

Question

Can spatial views be edited via Arc Map?

If it is possible, then can anyone tell me how to do it?

Note: I have do my enterprise Geodatabase on oracle. and i make a Spatial View from Table And Layer.

In short, no.  See Views in an enterprise geodatabase—Help | ArcGIS Desktop:

You cannot edit database views through ArcGIS clients or services.

and

Views that are registered with the geodatabase cannot be edited through ArcGIS clients or services
