Parcel Drafter：ドラッグして回転および拡大縮小が機能しない

Developer WAB 2.3でParcel Drafterアプリケーション<\/A>を作成しました。すべては正常に見えますが、一度parcelを作成すると、ドラッグして回転や拡大縮小ができません。入力による操作は可能です。Ann Arborの南西にあるLodi Townshipの中央にいくつかparcelが描かれており、テスト用です。コンソールには、回転時に「Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'x' of null」、拡大縮小時に「Uncaught Error: Illegal Argument Exception」が表示されます。<\/P>

Update for anyone else experiencing this: Turns out it's an issue with using a basemap in our local projection. Our parcels and lines are also in this local projection. When I use an ESRI basemap (web mercator aux sphere), I am able to drag to rotate. The issue has been marked as a bug.
