It appears that this is still unsupported. Has this been adopted in any short or long term implementation plans?

Hi Administrador SIG‌, publishing hatch symbology in vector tile layers is not currently supported: Author a map for vector tile creation—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation. I'm not seeing an https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas for this yet so it may be worth posting and expanding upon your use case.
