Trying to generate report in Survey123 but get error code 502

Question

Hello,

I am trying to generate reports from our field surveys but I keep getting an error code 502. I've attached an image of the error I received. I was able to generate these reports with no issues last month but now have run into issues with this error message. It also seems to be intermittent on when it will or will not generate a report. Has anyone else run into this issue and found a way to fix it?

Hi David,

We are investigating the error that you are encountering when attempting to generate reports using the Survey123 website.
