I get a parent child send error when I try to sync collected data. The survey includes a nested repeat. Is the problem caused by having a geopoint question embeded in the 2nd repeat?

I get a send error when I try to sync collected data with my survey123 survey.  The error is "This survey was not able to be send due to the following error:  Incompatible feature service.  Parent to child relationship not found from [my survey] (0) to newunit (2)."

The survey includes a nested repeat.  I published the survey using the latest version of Connect, but I am new to repeats.  Could it be the location of my geopoint question?  Thanks!

Hi James - I'm trying to do this in Survey123 with the beta version you mention above, but without success.

geopoint

text 1

text 2

begin repeat 2

end repeat 2

end repeat 1

In theory, is this supposed to work with the beta version?  Thanks, in advance, for your reply.

I am experiencing the same issue and as you suggested above I downloaded the beta version to try.  I still get the same error, though.  See attached.

Hi Bethany,

I would need more details on why the operation was rolled back (that indicates that something did not get added properly in the process).  Just to check, did you redownload the form after the republishing?  When the republishing, did it warn you about overwriting the existing feature service?
