Question Error code 400- Unable to add feature service layer definition

Hello,

I am unable to publish survey after adding few calculations. I am getting getting an error "Unable to add feature service layer definition". Error 400. Please see attached xls. form.

Yes, I am trying to post via connect now because I added some calcuations. But I do not see a _fieldworker layer. I see stakeholder layer.

Hi,

It looks like you are using a form that was initially authored in the Survey123 website and are now publishing using Survey123 Connect, correct?  In that case, you will need to delete the '_fieldworker' Feature Layer View first before publishing the survey.
