Navigator for ArcGIS

mmpk file created and published to ArcGIS online with no error, but I am getting an error message says "unable to geocode a "particular asset location"". And such asset location is verified to be on the map. I would like to know what I need to do to fix this issue. Whenever I would get this message I remove it from the Notepad list and resend it as email to Navigator then there would be another message as the one above and so fourth. I attached the file below.
