Suitability Analysis

Question

Good Morning, I have a question. How does the suitability Anlysis work to calculate the values inside de buffer? Its proportional to the intersectec area or uses the centroid the polygons. Where can I find this? Thanks.

Thanks for the question. Suitability Analysis uses Esri's data aggregation (i.e. apportionment) method to calculate values inside the trade areas.
