Survey123 Filtering in Integromat

I am trying to establish two filters that go to two different Google Sheets based off a field that represents different damage assessment types. I am curious if anyone has been successful in establishing filters from S123 to Google Sheets. I have attached a screenshot of my workflow diagram.

Hi Eric

I've tested a simple scenario similar to yours and both filters worked as expected (please see attached) with rows being added to each sheet. What behaviour are you seeing with your scenario?

Jim,

I was able to get it. I was using "Text Operations Equals to" when it should of been "Text Operations Contains". I believe that was the issue I was encountering.
