Is there a way to write in xlsform that gives me the option to upload an image and then annotate on the uploaded image? Not to be confused with taking a picture and then annotating on that picture.

We do not currently support editing of attachments via Inbox, therefore it is not possible to annotate on an existing image related to a feature. Once we support editing attachments and images via Inbox, it will be possible to annotate of top of the existing image.
