Link Survey123 form to a database

I conceived a  Suvey123 form that I want to link to a. So it will be by building multichoices questions and link them to the corresponding field in the database.

Do some of you have ever done this ?

Hi Jean,

Could you explain your requirement a little more clearly? Are you wanting to dynamically update the choice list used by a select multiple question based on the records that existing in another feature layer? If so this is not currently possible or supported in Survey123. However using python and other automated scripts, there are ways to update choice lists.
