Collector for ArcGIS - iPhoneを使用しているとき、データに非表示の必須フィールドが存在するとユーザーはフィーチャを更新できません

<\/HEAD>ホストされたフィーチャレイヤーがあり、それをCollectorで使用したいのですが、そのレイヤーの一部のフィールドは非表示にしています。これは後で「Review WebMap」で使用したいためです。iPhoneでは調査を送信できませんが、Androidでは可能です。この問題を経験したことがある方はいらっしゃいますか？また、どのように対処しましたか？<\/SPAN><\/P><\/BODY><\/HTML>

Would you be able to send this query through to tech support so that we can follow up and investigate it to see if there's an issue or something up with the webmap or settings. If you were able to share t he webmap with support it may help with the understanding of the issue.

Hi Philip,

Thanks for getting back to me. I meant to say they are hidden mandatory fields that I dont want completed in collector. So I cannot create a view because the fields are mandatory and i cannot unselect them (when creating a view).

So when i am using an iPhone to submit a survey i cannot save the changes as those hidden mandatory fields exist.

I can save my changes in android though?

Hi Michelle,

Instead of using hidden fields you could try utilising hosted feature layer views.
