How exactly do I type the string to query multiple map tours for my app?

The query for the Map Tours is the same as the search for ArcGIS Online.
Use search—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
For example, if you have all of your map tours tagged with 'mymaptours', you would query:
tags: "mymaptours"
Or if you wanted only map tours that I have created:
owner: "HannahFerrier"
Or you can search for map tours that have 'Melbourne' in the title:
title: "Melbourne"
