Lacking 3D, elev 0,0 m in 'Imagery' Basemap.

The 'imagery' basemap does not show in 3D,  the terrain is flat with no elevation Information provided.  What to do to get the 3D view?  (ArcGIS Earth 1.4)

Hi Stefan,

It seems that it's not a network issue from your screenshot. Here are three ways for you to check with:

1. Open the "3D effects" panel to check the elevation exaggeration is not 0.
2. Open the "Basemap and Terrain" panel to check the WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D (ImageServer)  is there and checked.
3. If there is no WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D in the "Terrain" panel, please open the "Settings" to check whether the spatial reference is Web Mercator. As the spatial reference of WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D is 102100(3857), which only be supported in Web Mercator.
