Not sure if this suddenly started happening at version 2.0.xyz of Survey 123, but I've just noticed that signature images are clipped in the submitted data. Attached is a copy of one of MY signatures from the ArcGIS Online feature service.
Has there been a change to signatures?

We're aware of this issue; we are planning to address it in a future release of Survey123
In the meantime, is there a way to install an older version of Survey123 on IOS (iphone)? Or is there a work-around so that the signatures are not clipped when the survey is submitted? We have an application that we are testing, but without the signature, it will not be a successful test.

My apologies, there isn't a way to downgrade an application.
Any idea on when this fix will be made? Collecting signatures is very important for our surveys.

Hi James - it appears that we still have the issue of clipping signatures in the new update (2.3.29). The signatures are shifted to the upper left when we save the survey to drafts. We are using iOS (iPhones and iPads) to collect the data.

Hi Jonathan - We are using v. 2.3.29 of Survey123 and v. 2.5.44 for SurveyConnect. For field collection, we are using iOS devices (iPad Pro and iPhones).
If a signature is collected and then the survey saved "Save this survey in Drafts", the signature image is shifted/zoomed in to the left of the original signature when the survey is reloaded from drafts. See attached photographs for the differences between the two.
