Change Workforce priority options

Question

Is it possible to change any or all of the toolbar options in workforce.  For example I would like to add an option to the priority selection

We presented workforce to a customer. They use different labels in their organisation. asy Priority Level A, B, C, D.

This is not supported within Workforce.  We have an issue in our backlog to allow the labels for Priorities to be updated but we do not have any plans to support the addition of new values for a Priority.

It would help to understand the use case for this, if you could go into a bit of detail.
