Can I open an .mpk file onto arcpad

I have layers I want to add to my map that are in an .mpk format.. please help with solution..

I don't have ArcMap to unpackage.. It looks as though I will need someone with ArcMap to do so for me.

mpk is a map package Share Package—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop do you have the specific arcpad help to chec? or can you unpackage using arcmap and add compatable files then
