How do I export completed survey data to a CSV file from Survey 123?

We are successfully running a survey in the field using Survey123. I now need to start downloading the responses into Excel so I can begin analysis. I can see the data on the Data tab of my survey but there is no obvious way of actually extracting it. Please help! Thanks!

HI, Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. This answer didn't come up when I searched. Adrian says: "Could you just export your collected data to a file geodatabase and then in ArcGIS export your table to Excel? First, in AGOL..." - If you can please tell me how to export the collected data to a file geodatabase? There appears to be absolutely no export option. Also I'm not sure what AGOL is. I have tried every possible option on the Data, Overview and Visualisation tabs - on the latter I can again see my data very clearly in a nice table format but I can't select and copy or export. This is SO frustrating!

Did you try from ArcGIS Online (AGOL)? The Survey123 sessions are always linked to the ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS. Which one did you use to connect to Survey123?

Select the item in ArcGIS Online (My Contents). In the Item's page, you should have the option to export. Go for exporting to CSV first. If the CSV doesn't look good, you may consider Adrian's suggestion in the above link.

We are using ArcGIS Online. I do not have the option to export; I will check if this is because I am a User rather than a Publisher? The latter can "perform analysis on layers in maps" - would this cover extracting survey data?

Yes - it is an access issue. I am now a Publisher and I can copy the top line of the data table and simply paste it into Excel - all the data now appears. Phew! Thanks for your help.
