Preplanned route from ArcGIS Online to Navigator help

Hi GeoNet

I am trying to use a route layer calculated in ArcGIS Online using the "Plan Routes" analysis tool within Navigator. When I follow the workflow from generating the route, sending the item URL to my mail and then open it in Navigator from my mobile device, I get a message stating "Route Error - Could not calculate route".

Any suggestions what might have gone wrong?

Are you participating in the Beta program? Route Layers are only supported in the new Beta version of Navigator for ArcGIS (https://community.esri.com/groups/navigator-for-arcgis-beta ).
