Hi,
Recently while dealing with a customer, we found a problem with the arcgis android mobile app (Green App). We have a custom basemap hosted on an ArcGIS server and shared to arcgis online in a webmap.
The scales seems fine on our computer (zoom to the max/min scale range as set on the basemap) but when viewed on the android arcgis app, you can zoom out of the range of the basemap which returns empty square grey box.
