Bug in Connect with period in Survey's name

When creating a new survey, if the name contains a period than the XLSForms is not loaded correctly and some odd behaviour appears in the initial Connect page (see attachments).

Hi Gianni,

You have enountered BUG-000102606, which is currently in our backlog. There is no specific timeframe yet to address this issue. I'd suggest to avoid using dot in the name of the survey form to workaround this issue.
