Can not submit survey

Hi ,

I am having trouble sending a survey using S123. I am using a non- hosted feature service. feature service has create, update, delete  and sync enabled, has a global id, archiving on and unregister as version.  I have attached two images of two different error messages that we got.

Apologies for the delay.  It would be helpful to get a troubleshooting log to see if there is a more detailed message.  See Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation  (note that you can log to a file without needing to connect to a console).  You could also open a support case with Esri support to get help in troubleshooting this.
