Not able to access Survey123

I have recently purchased ArcGis for Personal use and my licence is valid.  But I am unable to login to Survey123 . 

 

Below is the error http://survey123.arcgis.com/share/common/error?errorCode=webform04 

 

You need an ArcGIS Online subscription account to try Survey123 for ArcGIS.

 

Kindly help me how to activate survey123.

Personal use ArcGIS for Personal Use is not supported. Please refer to System requirements—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation to see the requirement for using Survey123.

If you just want to try out, you can register an account through ArcGIS Trial | Free 21-Day Trial .
