Survey123 with Portal 10.7.1 - Error 404

Question

I am trying to connect Survey123 to our new Enterprise Portal. Our Portal is federated with ArcGIS Server and our security is managed by AD. I can successfully get to the Survey123 site using our portal url (https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://exampleportal.esri.com/arcgis) but when I click 'Sign In' I get a 404 error:

I have gone to my ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory and added survey123.arcgis.com as an AllowedOrigin

Any ideas what could be going on here?

I have same issue with this post.

But I cannot figure out where the /home text in Portal url.

Can you describe more detailed workaround?

Also, I check below article. But this document also doesn't helpful.

Removing /home from the Portal url should resolve the issue.

Hi Neil,

Thanks, this resembles an issue with the Java web adaptor, but that was addressed before 10.7.1.  As this apparently deals with an ArcGIS Enterprise configuration issue, can I ask you to open a ticket with Esri Support to troubleshoot this?
