Hello, I need ArcGIS server for publishing few layers and Geo-processioning services for my thesis. Is there any way to find an available ArcGIS server that give me publisher access? We have one, in our university but they do not give me the access.
Talk to your advisor. A reason needs to be given and academic use in support of students should take precedence (at least at my institution). If that doesn't work, then try the esri contact who supports your academic account, they may be able to make arrangements for you. In short... raise hell
